Very comfortable stay for families. The heated pool & spa was amazing even in the rain. The pool bathroom was amazing equipped with sauna, herbal room and ice therapy. The staff let this hotel down. They were rude and very unfriendly. Would be nice if they had a more affordable restaurant on site.

The staff were amazing and property was beautiful. The free room upgrade was fantastic! Staying in room, dining in the restaurant and lounge downstairs gave us cruise ship memories. Couldn’t have found a better place to stay for our anniversary. Thank you Cordis

From the moment I stepped out of the taxi until I left the staff were so polite and helpful and professional. The room was perfectly clean and well appointed. The bathroom was spacious - with a bath! Room service dining was timely and a yummy pizza! The bed was very comfortable and there was plenty of storage for those staying for longer than a couple of nights. Thank You I would be very happy to return to and recommend the Cordis.

Our family loved the pool and spa facilities. Enjoyed the breakfast experience and of course the hotel scent is amazing. I had to buy a bottle to take home. Although a bit of a walk to main shops and waterfront, the complimentary shuttle is a fantastic service. Super comfy bed, and filtered water stations throughout which I loved. The hotel catered so well for a family also. We will be back.
