Other than the hiccup with the check-in the rest of the weekend went well. We have stayed here numerous times and will stay here again. Clean, comfortable, central location with access to Newmarket, Parnell, CBD, Vector Arena, the Rose Gardens, trains and ferries. Apartment styles rooms with two bedroom options.

We stay here regularly. Apartment style rooms with kitchenette. Handy to Auckland Museum, Auckland Hospital, Newmarket, Parnell and Auckland CBD. Close to a bus that goes past Vector Arena.

Comfortable, clean, quiet and amazing views.

An amazing comfortable stay. We booked two two-bedroom units for a family stay - 3 adults in each unit. We had a balcony at each unit overlooking the harbour with lovely views over to Davenport. Very clean, quiet, spacious and comfortable. Well equipped kitchen and bathrooms. Nice restaurant, ample parking spaces and convenient to shopping area. Definitely stay again.

As a business traveler and regular customer I'm very surprised that this hotel is not cleaning your room/making up your room even if you ask for it. This now happened 5 times.... saving on cleaning hours is more important than providing a service for which you pay! Despite addressing this with management, they get this consistently wrong.
