"Amazing location of the property. BUT Room housekeeping was poor, furniture was dusty, bed linens was old, bathroom conditions were really poor. Not maintained at all. Although the view from the room balcony was amazing. I gave a verbal feedback to the front desk on check out- but the associate was not willing to accept the room feedback. Says she personally inspected the room the day before my check in and it was clean !!! Had a very negative attitude and I think every organization should be willing to take the negative and positive feedbacks to improve their business."
