"-great prices on rooms -clean/modern room -large lobby with sitting areas and a large bar -good/safe parking garage attached to property offered for a low price. Only downside is the surrounding area isn’t the “nicest” but it feels safe walking around during the day and you’re extremely close to the Yale campus/ hospitals. They’re about a 5-10 minute walk. If you’re a street smart individual or you just use some common sense then the location really will not be an issue for you. I’m probably making it sound worse than it is. Similar to any downtown/urban setting."
