Hilton is a very good choice
The hotel was very clean . My personal opinion is that the room service personnel should be given a raise. The management team and Front desk personnel were very friendly, respectful and helpful. The Breakfast was very well done with a very good assortment of choices in both food and beverage options. I would definitely stay at a Hilton property again.

Don’t waste your time
The only thing worth mentioning was the hot tub. Everything else was painful. We weren’t greeted with a smile or courtesy, no waters were offered, and everytime through our stay that we approached the front desk, the staff person was tending to hotel calls and didn’t acknowledge people waiting in line. They should have other people operating up front, one person isn’t enough!!! To top it off, for the entire two days of our stay, our key fobs continued to deactivate so we had to run up and down to keep getting new keys. Maintenance never came once to atleast fix the problem and it was a huge inconvenience. The room was basic, it needs remodeling especially the bathroom. The toilet is so low you could fall in. Hotels have gone downhill so don’t expect much staying here!

It was very low staff on a Saturday. It took 30 minutes to wait in line for our turn and ten minutes for us to actually check in. My friend was not given the suite he reserved and had to get a regular king bedroom. The women at the desk was very kind about it which we appreciate it but it was disappointing to find out the day of. If we knew before hand we would have look for a different hotel. There were also not much dinning options which contradicted what was shown on the website. Will not be here again.

Traveled with my dog for a dog related seminar. Hilton is a welcome upgrade for us. It’s nice to be able to stay at a nicer hotel with my dog. The room was spacious and comfortable. I had put in a request for room location and it was honored. Would definitely recommend and would stay here again.
