"The outside of the hotel was very poorly maintained, the staff were indifferent to concerns, and the AC system for the rooms causes a very loud smashing noise every time it turned on or off, making rest difficult if you are a light sleeper. I would not return to this hotel."

"This was our first time staying here. I am picky, but I was pleasantly impressed. The room was very clean, including the bathroom. Even the bath towels were better than some of the comparable hotels. Miyooki at the front desk was professional yet friendly. She always greeted us with a smile whenever we managed to be present during her shift. Little did she know that we were in town for a funeral and Miyooki’s warm and pleasant demeanor meant so much. If there was one thing that could be improved upon, it was the breakfast. I love a pot of hot steel oats. However, it was only available in the instant oatmeal packets. The sweet warm cinnamon rolls were a hit with our family though. We would certainly stay here again and think other front desk staff members should shadow Miyooki and observe how well she interacts with guests. I have a career in customer service spanning decades and industries, so I always take the time to complete surveys and compliment those who know what it means to deliver great service. Miyooki is a keeper!"
