"I booked my room through Travelosity and the hotel never reviewed by booking and so the hotel was double booked and I was simply told there was nothing they could do. I was charged anyway and was offered no assistance or help whatsoever. Luckily I was able to sleep on the couch in a friends room. The rooms also say there is a fridge - it's a chiller that would never get down to any safe temperature to store food and the AC didn't work. "

"The building and parking lot are run down. There was a group of young guys outside drinking in the parking lot. The clerk didn't bother to put down her cell phone while checking us in. Our first room, the bed slid across the room when I went to sit down on it. It made terrible clanging noises just sitting on it. You couldn't move on the bed without loud metal clanking. I went down and complained and they move us to another room. The bed was quieter. However, there was only 1 towel and no toilet paper at all in the room. When we asked, she would only give us one more towel and a roll of toilet paper. Also, no cups for the in-room coffee (not that I would have used it given how dirty everything was). The floor was dirty, the hallways and stairwell were gross. Beer bottles and misc trash laying in the grass and parking lot. "

"The hotel is great and the staff were friendly. I didn’t give a 5 star review because you have to pay to park even though you are a guest and also breakfast was not included. For the price of the stay I felt those should have been included. For that reason I will not return to this hotel. Felt as though I was being nickled and dimed."
