Nearly perfect stay.

All aspects of the room and the facility were great except for the dog barking at 5:30 am. When I approached the elevator the dog began barking even more. I spoke to the front desk about this, and they attempted to contact the the guest room with the dog. The dog was a little less noisy but still disturbed me in the morning. I was on the 3rd floor where I don't think dogs were to be. I did like the convenience of the hotel's location to shopping and restaurants. I will stay there again.

Noisy A/C units

The wall-mounted air conditioner roared on and off through the night with some heavy vibrations. If you are used to that, then its an okay room. If you are not- stay away or stay awake.

It was the worse over night stay I have had there, the noise in the hallway from 1am to 3:30 am, then every time the elevator opened and shut you could hear in the room. Then someone complained about the room above them with loud noises which if the staff had bothered to come up to the floor they would have seen it wasn’t my room causing the ruckus it was the people around me and in the hallway. I had my great niece with me with the noise it made it very hard to get a good night sleep.
