Very old rooms that are barely still functional. It appears that a portion of the hotel is undergoing renovations, but it did not look like any of the those rooms are open yet. The included Breakfast was ok.

It was advertised as waterfront view. I could see the water but the interstate 95 was in the way. Also the entire area smelled like Marajuana.
