"I had a really good stay at this hotel. The room was very spacious, spotless, and well maintained. The reception staff was especially helpful and made the check-in process smooth. Overall, the hotel was very nice, and I had a great experience. There are just a couple of things that would have been helpful to know before arriving. First, the hotel has two entrances—an east entrance and a west entrance. They’re not far from each other, but it’s useful to know which one you’re heading to when you arrive. Second, parking can be a bit confusing. Most of the nearby street parking is limited to two hours and is usually full on both weekdays and weekends. The hotel has an arrangement with the Statesman Garage, but valet service for that garage doesn’t begin until around 5:00 PM. If you arrive earlier, as I did around 3:00 PM, you’ll likely need to use street parking until the valet is available to assist with garage parking. Also, don’t expect to find parking right next to the hotel—you may need to park a couple of blocks away. Other than those minor inconveniences, everything else was excellent. The hotel was clean, comfortable, and the staff was wonderful. I would definitely stay here again."
