"The room was very warm, cooled by a small air conditioner, which took hours to bring the room down to a good sleeping temperature. The comforter was quite heavy which added to this problem. Evening staff were excellent. Airport shuttle driver was wonderful. Morning front desk staff were rude."

If pool were operating this would have been a 5+ rating. Free cookies at 4PM was a nice touch. OUTSTANDING BREAKFAST!! One of the best I've ever experienced at a mid-level chain!"
