"Fabulous rental home in a peaceful setting. Everything was top shelf. Owners thought of everything. Nice touches throughout; such as premium towel sets, a loaded kitchen, binoculars, flashlights, ice packs, perfectly appointed bathrooms and so much more. We could not have been happier with our choice. "

"The proximity of this property to Veritas Vineyards is why we first chose it. But I would choose it again and again if I was visiting the area. The house was well organized, stocked and beautifully decorated. Temperature in the house was easy to control and my whole party was comfortable throughout our stay. Our hosts were super helpful with clear written instructions and recommendations. I needed access to the house after check out on our last day and the hosts were quick to respond and very accommodating. This home was a 10/10!!!"

"This was my favorite place to stay out of 4 of my 9 day long trip. It was beautiful, peaceful and the staff was friendly, helpful and they all seemed to love their jobs. We felt very at home but yet they treated us like royalty. The breakfast was amazing and the chef even came out and talked to us!! Will we go back, YES!!"

"Lovely stay. Awesome shower. Comfortable beds. The only suggestion I would make is perhaps another chair in the living room. I know the space is quaint but with four adults another chair would add to the comfort. Will stay again! Great location - close to all the things we wanted, breweries, wineries, good food, hiking, cville. Didn't use the firepit this time, but very nice option."

"We thoroughly enjoyed our trip! We thought the house was located in a more remote area without other houses close by.However this location was great for us-between Staunton and Charlottesville.Unfortunately our ice/water dispenser was not working properly and leaked so we chose not to use it. We loved the decor and comfort of this home away from home!We definitely would consider staying here again!Thanks!"

"Absolutely the BEST experience I’ve ever had with a rental property. Lindsey went above and beyond to accommodate and make our time at Lewis Catherine House memorable. Property is close to Charlottesville, breweries, Greenwood Grocery, Crozet, UVA, and more— but why leave when you can relax in a rocking chair on the front porch with a cup of coffee watching the cows across the street, watching the stars twinkle by the fire pit, or look out across the back of the property from the all-glass garage door of the “party barn”?! Trust me—You will not regret staying here! Thank you, thank you, Lindsey and crew! "
