The Internet was slow and the bathroom was dirty. The heat and air didn't work. The toilet leaked and didn't flush. I feel like a refund or compensation is appreciate. I paid good money. Also the staff didn't know what they were doing. I had to go down 4 times to give info and my debit card.

"It’s not the nicest Hyatt out there, but it’s also one of the least expensive ones you’ll find. The staff were all very kind & friendly. We initially got a room that was a tad musty, but the staff put us in a different room right away, no problem, that was great. The fitness room was great for the price of the hotel. Parking area was well lit & safe. Chipotle is only a few minutes away. I would start here again with my 3 kids. Once again, not the nicest Hyatt in the world but it’s probably $50-100 cheaper per night than others. Thanks!"
