This is an exceptional Motel 6! Fantastic lady at check in, renovated inviting rooms, exceptional cleanliness of entire property from rooms to parking lot to dog walking areas.

Spotless clean room that has recently been renovated. Super efficient friendly lady at check in promptly assigned me a room where I could park at the door and was steps away from the dog walk area. The parking lot, landscaping and doggy area was well lit, free of trash and litter. Doggy area had lush, deep manicured grass.

Staff at the front desk was helpful, courteous, knowledgeable. The room was above and beyond what I expect from a "budget conscious" establishment. This site should be the company standard that all Motel 6 sites aspire to.

Check in staff were friendly and efficient. Heaters in room had not been activated for the season (October 1), but we were offered extra blankets by staff members. Room was clean and had the essentials needed.

The room had a funny smell (not good or bad), we had a pesky fly, then 2 then 3. Location is good, just needed a place to sleep. No carpet (like that!), pool was nice enough and they accommodated our request for early check in and lower level room.

During check in we had no idea where to park the Penske truck. We were in the office for less than 15 minutes and someone placed an extremely sticky sticker on the window of our Penske Truck. I considered this vandalism. We arrived on a Sunday around 6pm. The front desk clerk said no one from her staff was working so it might have been someone staying at the hotel. Either way this shouldn’t have happened. We were exhausted and the last thing we wanted to do was to go to the store to buy things to get the sticker off. The room was freezing cold. We immediately turned the AC unit off but the room stayed cold all night. I woke up sick with a sore throat the next morning. So far I’ve been sick for a week. Horrible room. Only the cold air worked. The other guest were hanging outside with their lawn chairs and portable bbq’s. Other guest were pulling into the parking lot with their music blasting. So far Motel 6 has been a big disappointment. It’s turning into a “Get what you pay for”. After we get settled and properly moved into an apartment we will NEVER stay at another Motel 6.

We had been counting on using the pool after the long drive to get there, but we arrived at the pool gate ready to swim only to find that it was locked shut with a note that it was not functioning. Had I known, I would have chosen a different hotel. Also, the covers on the bed were not warm and the air conditioning was difficult to control, so we were cold all night.

The staff was great very polite and nice had to clean my bathroom hair all over shower. And there was a smell i want to say maby old cigarette smell im not sure . Wasnt expecting it with it being a non smoking room. Bed was very hard but not terrible . Couldnt watch tv it kept losing service
