The pool area was filthy. It took going to the front desk several times before getting a room that was satisfactory in cleanliness or for other accommodations. The staff handled everything very well, though.

Hallway floors were stained and hallway smelled like smoke, liquor, etc. The room had stains in the carpet. Semi truck parked outside my room window at 4:30 am and left truck running waking me up.

Well it started with the elevator......the lobby looks fine and the staff were friendly but the moment you walk into the elevator you get a real look at how this hotel is. It's filthy.....the elevator floor is covered in dirt, mud, spills, grass etc. The buttons are covered in a weird grease and you are seriously scared to touch the walls. Hop out of the elevator onto your floor and you will find unvaccumed floors and stained walls. Lord help you when you hit your room ...showers not clean, again grease all over the fridge and tables, no sheets/blankets for the pull out couch, beds that lean heavily toward the walls so much that you feel like you are sleeping while doing a handstand....and to add insult to probably what is the worst hotel I've ever stayed in we got the privilege of being charged over $200 for a suite. Perhaps skip this hotel over and stay elsewhere

The staff were kind and made the attempt to show the customer they were valued, however the over all cleanliness of the several room I observed due to additional guests staying there, far overshadowed in negativity. Such as several of the the rooms including mine, had large areas of Black mold in the bathroom area cover the majority of the ceilings and or space above the shower area. Black mold has the potential of killing at risk individuals with health issues as well as small children and pets.

It's not really for business travel. No hot water in the shower, peeling paint, stained carpeting, and that funny musty smell of old buildings. Great option if you're just looking for a bed for the night with absolutely no frills after a long drive. Ice box in the fridge didn't work either. Key cards needed finesse to open any doors.

I won't stay here again!

We chose non-smoking and the building smelled horrible of tobacco. The staff was not friendly, the signage to front office was poor and it was plain hard after dark to find that front office. We had all kinds of luggage and there was no elevator that we could find. The room was clean and smelled good, but the rest of the place was really not good.

The carpets in the room was covered with stains, the hall ways were extremely hot and the carpets were awful, here again the stains on these carpets were terrible and hadn’t been vacuumed in what looks like in a month. Sorry we will not be back
