Has two building, not connected. Pool, gym, kithen and front desk in one building and rooms in the other one. To walk across you had pass either parking lot or side door and cross thru where people smoke. Speaking of smoke, stairs by our room smelled loke people been smoking there. Grounds are kept clean except grass by grill area has lots of dog poops peopld didnt pick. Breakfast is meh.

We had an emergency at home and had to cut our stay short. I thought the receptionist was a rude when she says to me "well I am just doing my job". I was trying to tell her that we was checking out earlier. When I inquired about towels for the pool area she also was a little snippy as to why I needed towels.

The entire hotel was dirty. We had dog food on our room floor from previous visitors. Dirt in all the corners. Nothing was clean from the front counter to the elevator.

We needed another blanket, and the front desk hung up on us. Had to go downstairs and get one ourselves. Beds were horrible and uncomfortable. One even leaned so you rolled towards the edge.

The room smelled like a very strong odor of wet dog, or rotten wet rugs. Very hard to sleep in those conditions. Eyes itching and my daughter developed allergy being in there. Staff was excellent though.
