Not my greatest night in a hotel by far. Computers were down when I tried to check in hot tub wasn’t working, which was hoped for after skiing. The hotel can’t really control the following but cars were drag racing all night up and down the main street in front of the hotel, the trash truck came at 5:30 in the morning and alarms were going off in the middle of the night. Just not a peaceful night sleep at all.

Front desk agent was amazing. She was able to check us in 2 hours early. Breakfast was great as always.. BUT!! The beds suck!! I really wish hotels in general would get beds that’s didn’t feel like the floor. For some reason this location had the worst bed in any hotel we have stayed at but we love b.w. Wished the hot tub worked as well, that would have been amazing.

We enjoyed the spacious, clean room and nice breakfast, and the staff was friendly and professional. Even though I didn’t use them comma I love that pool and hot tub are open 24 hours. Very pleasant stay.

Super easy check-in, they are literally waiting for you. Room super clean. Guests spread out so it was very quiet. Pool and hot tub crystal clear. Best breakfast, even have a specialty coffee machine! We stop and go here whenever we travel through Twin Falls.

Both times staying our room was not clean. Hair in the sink / tub. Floor in the bathroom had what I would say was biological. The bed is so hard that I could not fall asleep or get comfortable. When I did and woke I felt as if I had been beat to death and layed out on concrete. I will not stay here ever again. On the plus side the staff is very nice. Just the facilities are HORRIBLE and outdated.
