Oregon Trail Inn
"This is a great little "mom and pop" motel. My room was comfy and quiet. And there is a great restaurant, Home Cooking, that provided as fabulous breaky as the motel's breakfast, as described by the host, tends to be breakfast on the run."

Amber Inn Motel
"The rooms should have room-darkening shades or curtains. Outside our room was a parking lot light that kept our room lit all night. We had only one wash cloth. The bath towels need upgrading, a little rough/course. A section of the baseboard beneath the mirror was missing so one could see quite a way into the neighboring room. I think it's the ice machine that makes noise for a while after someone takes ice from it. The bed was nice; the pillows were a little flat, however. Nice new bedspreads; the carpet looked fairly new, clean. No elevator in the two-story building so I asked for a room on the first floor and it was granted. Room was dark with only one ceiling light at the end of the room, not in the middle of the ceiling; and one desk lamp on the nightstand. Small TV, 32" perhaps? The place needs some constant attention in upgrading the facilities. Overall, we made it work. Probably won't stay there again as there won't be a need."
