With brand-new Samsung smart appliances, an arcade game, a grill/smoker, a solar-heated pool (solar heater pool heaters can increase the water temperature by °10-°15, during the wintertime it's typically around the low 60's), and games for all ages, you’ll have everything you need for fun. Ample parking, including space for an RV, adds extra convenience. Whether soaking up the sun or unwinding in the cool, AC comfort inside, we’re sure you'll have a delightful stay.

Single-level home. Ramp & stair-free path to entrance & backyard. Accessible & van-accessible parking. Wide paths of travel throughout the property.

Desert Oasis is a beautiful, comfortable, well appointed home. We enjoyed the backyard as well with the grill and the fire pit. Unfortunately, the pool was too cool for us but it adds to the ambiance of the yard. It is well located in a quiet neighborhood. Lonnie, the host, is a wonderful man to communicate with. If we return to Yuma, Desert Oasis would be our very first choice.

The hosts were great and the house was very clean. However, for having such a big living area, the furnishings were inadequate to really sit and enjoy watching a movie or a football game. One small couch and a pretty worn out chair made it so the four of us could barely sit comfortably. They could definitely do a lot more with the space to make it more comfortable and inviting for guests.

We stayed here with family while we were visiting my parents. The neighborhood was very safe, quiet and close to shopping. The house itself was clean and had lots of space. The kitchen had everything we needed and all we had to purchase (or bring with us) was food for the week. We visit Yuma once a year and would definitely stay here again. Quiet Oasis
