Welcome to our Modern Desert Oasis — a stylish second-floor studio in the heart of Yuma's Historic Downtown District. This is desert living at its finest: sun-drenched days, warm evenings under the stars, and everything walkable from your door. Two bicycles are included with every reservation, making it easy to explore the neighborhood.

The open-concept studio comfortably sleeps up to four guests with a plush king-size bed and a double sofa sleeper. The space features a full kitchen with modern appliances, ideal for simple meals or a leisurely charcuterie spread. Unwind indoors by the TV or step outside onto the spacious shared deck, where comfortable patio furniture and a cozy firepit set the perfect desert evening scene.

The property was exactly what I was looking for. Small, but felt spacious and had all of the amenities I needed when spending a week in Yuma for work. It’s quiet, parking is easy and the host Casey was very responsive!

The space was bright and clean with modern and simple decor. The parking was directly at the door. I loved that I wasn't in a hotel sharing space with other guests and that I could visit a historic museum with walking trails on the river just 5 minutes away. It was very quiet and peaceful even though it was on the back of main street buildings. There were a couple of good walkable restaurants. Casey was responsive and friendly. I would 100% stay there on my next visit.

Super clean and very spacious, like it was just renovated yesterday. This may be the only option for staying in Yuma's historic downtown. You can easily pay twice as much to stay several blocks from the action and without any privacy. I loved the giant patio. So enjoyable on a warm summer night with a light breeze.

Great Location!

Right in the heart of downtown Yuma but also very quiet and peaceful! The perfect space to walk around historic Main Street and enjoy the many restaurants, shops, and theaters. The space is very clean and looks brand new - you cannot beat the value this place offers in this location.

Amazing Rental and Rental Manager

This rental made my stay in yuma amazing. It was very clean and even came with an ice maker, a lifesaver in the heat. There were no problems and the manager communicated promptly and was great. I can not recommend this stay more.
