The room was clean and tidy. The beds were uncomfortable, but I'm very picky so I cannot fault the hotel for this as it's a personal preference. The front desk staff were very courteous and helpful! Breakfast was from 6:30 - 10, but every morning of our stay the staff that made breakfast were running 10-15 minutes late to have everything ready. We were not in a rush so didn't mind waiting a bit extra and most guests weren't even awake then. The food that was served was decent enough. We did not utilize the pool, so I cannot rate that.

Staff was Fantastic! The room was nice and clean. I’m still not sure what it was but there was a consistent noise going off about every 5 minutes that made it difficult to sleep. We were near the elevator so that may have been it. Had to turn on the TV to mask the noise to sleep.

Room was nice and clean. This is my second time staying at this location and won't be my last. We had a minor issue with the toilet when we first arrived but the maintenence person arrived super quick to get it taken care of.The breakfast was also very good.

The room was fine. Clean and towels adequate. I requested and got a handicap accessible room...however, it was located at the end of the hall furthest from, the elevators on the 4th fourth and the bed / mattress was horrible. Need a new one. Hotel could also use some renovation. Staff was very nice. The breakfast standard buffet fare but not as extensive as I have seen at other Hilton properties offering the same. No dark roast coffee - only decaf and light roast.
