Unique Private Forest Home ~ 15 minutes from Downtown Missoula

This property is now in Missoula, we are NOT located on Flathead Lake. Welcome to Jane's Place in Missoula ~ August 2024
We are thrilled to report that we are retiring from the lake mid-July. Jane’s Place will continue to operate, opening up our fantastic, freshly remodeled private, clean and unique 3 bedroom home in Missoula Montana! Sunken living room, new kitchen, expansive mountain and forest views, private, outdoor spa & graveled patio. We will of course, still be in Hot Springs Montana, continuing into our 20th year there.
We will, of course, be honoring all our current reservations. Please email me with any questions. I look forward to hearing from you soon!

Jane's Place Missoula is located on 3+ gently sloping acres in the beautiful Pattee Canyon area of Missoula, 15 minuets from the University of Montana, the Clark Fork river, The Hip Strip, our fabulous downtown area & only 1.5 miles from the Pattee Canyon National Recreation Area.
Jane's Place is super comfortable and newly remodeled. We are not suitable for children under 16 years of age, the house is shoe and pet free. We are set up with the basics, and much more.
Missoula is a FANTASTIC vacation destination, Jane's Place would love to share it with you!!
If you are looking for a place to 'PAR-TAY', this is not the rental for you. Please look elsewhere. We are sorry to report that we have stopped renting to bridal or bachelor parties unless you are "a friend of Bill's".
During your stay in the Summer months I will stop in to maintain the gardens and check on the hot tub. I do not live at the property while you are there. I will coordinate garden maintenance with you to ensure your privacy.

Shoes off at the door: 100 percent SHOE FREE. Gravel outside and hardwood floors inside don’t mix. NO EXCEPTIONS, bring your slippers or flip flops.
SEPTIC SYSTEM: NO PERSONAL WIPES, FEMININE hygiene products of ANY kind, hair, tissues, q tip's, in my toilets.NO food scraps or grease in the kitchen
NO parties, pets or xtra guests allowed, you will forfeit your security deposit and be asked to leave, no refund. **No fires b/c of new insurance.
