Book Red Roof Inn rooms in West Loop

"My $375 room was very basic for the price but had a lovely view to compensate for the sparse decor. There was no hot water for the 1st shower. I found out later that you had to run the water for at least 20-30 minutes before it got warm enough to bathe. Old building, old pipes. Helpful hint, I found a bottle opener fixed on the back of the bathroom door! Who would have thought to look there? I was also told the hotel had no parking and that I was on my own to look for a place to park."

"I had wonderful interactions and service from the staff from check-in to check out. Jovan provided excellent care, suggestions for activities and was very welcoming during the stay. The room was very comfortable and I enjoyed the sitting area at the bar. Convenient location."

"Every single person we came in contact with were very kind and respectful. The hotel was clean, quiet, and very centrally located to everything. A big shout out to the bellman/concierge guys on Monday afternoon at around 3:30 pm. My husband dropped some cash on the floor and they came to find us outside to see if we were the ones who dropped it. I think one was Ruiz and I can't remember the name of the other gentleman. We had a lovely time and I would definitely come back again."

"You had to run the shower, the bathroom faucet, and the one in the room to get the hot water to turn on. The toilets throughout the hotel did not flush well. We had to call maintenance multiple times to.plunge the toilet and the toilet in the lobby had to be flushed multiple times just for tissue to go down for a number 1. The staff was definitely friendly and that was a plus and only plus."
