The hotel was ok, but there was a bad leak when you entered the facility where it was dropping water next to the coffee station. Friday night there was no water to shower. And last night my key wouldn’t work because they didn’t warn the tenants of any difficulties. Breakfast and the staff was great

The room that we booked didn’t include the amenities listed during booking (fridge & microwave). Tried confirming this to the front desk but they said all rooms of that type do not include those — which is contradicting to the one stated online. This should be revised so as not to confuse the customers. Also, we think that there were problems with the vents (unpleasant smells were crossing to our room).
