First night 1 of the 4 pillows had still been down, provided not as foam, which had been requested. Second night no floor towel in the bathroom, and only 1 handcloth/washcloth was in the room. The amenities fee was exorbitant, as i was traveling on business, busy with meetings and did not use the facilities.

A great place to stay! The only reason it doesn't receive 5 stars on this trip is due to regulated heating temperatures. It was so warm that I couldn't sleep well. Otherwise a great place which I'll use again!

Hotel was lovely. Had no dealings with staff except for check in and check out. Guy at check in never mentioned the security deposit, just went ahead and charged card. Staff didn’t feel warm or friendly. Room was clean but I dropped an earring and when I went to pick it up, I saw a piece of chicken under the bedside table. Went to the cafe for breakfast. Overpriced considering we ordered at counter and collected and dropped back plates. Our food was meant to be warm but was cold. $44 for 2 coffees, cold food and fast food type service was disappointing.

It was a terrible stressful stay. Front desk staff not very friendly. I asked them about the free 1 continental breakfast included in my booking and they are not aware of it. I have to contact expedia/hotels.com to fix it as they are not happy to help. Upon booking in the app of hotels.com, it clearly says that I will be getting 1 free continental breakfast. After a night of stressful conversations in regards to this free breakfast, I was shocked to get a $15 voucher. Seriously? Is this what you call a free breakfast? Complimentary continental breakfast means that the hotel covers the entire cost of the breakfast, whether it's a continental spread, buffet, or made-to-order items, so you pay nothing at the time of service. So meaning you are cheating your customers. Will never be back in this hotel again. Please let this be a warning to all future customers. Also check the price details as they charge you extra resort fee upon checkout. My bad, I did not check it upon booking.

I had never been so pumped to enter a room until I stayed at Eaton DC. As soon as I walked in, I felt like I had traveled back in time. The room had such great aesthetic. From the record player to the pictures on the wall to the chair and desk by the window, it had so much character. The bed was unbelievably soft like I was sleeping on a bed of feathers. I can't wait to book my next stay.
