Hotel was nice and very clean. The front desk staff was great! Our needs were very met quickly if we needed anything. The bar was a little less available than we had hoped and the staff at the bar were not very smiley. But we will stay again for sure.

This was an incredible hotel option, especially considering the price. The staff was so kind and helpful, especially when considering I didn’t check in until 1 am. The use of technology options to communicate really helped make a difference when I had a question. Great night of rest, felt safe on the property and it was more functional than any hotel I’ve stayed in before with a lot of drawer space and various separate areas for everything. Very spacious!

At bedtime, room was noisy from BART and smoke detector on the ceiling was flashing all night. Will ask for a room on the opposite side of the hotel the next stay.

The room was large, spotless and even had a microwave. The BART tracks are very close but the train doesn’t cause much noise at night. There is a limited menu restaurant and our waitress Isabel was quick and efficient. The Greek yogurt with fruit and granola is really good. All the staff are personable and greet you whenever you walk by.
