Spacious and Super Clean Hotel in Concord

Clean, quiet, spacious room and very safe. Breakfast can be improve(its on a salty side) but its ok. Staff is amazing! A+ in my book. We will stay again.

Clean and Comfortable

We stayed one night, as a half way point to another destination and it was a great experience. Our stay was comfortable, the room was clean, and the staff was attentive. Lots of nearby restaurants and shopping.

Overall good experience

Very large spacious room, and in a quiet area. The complimentary water and cookies were a nice touch. My one issue was that the shower did not work. I mentioned this at checkout and apparently there is a ring you need to pull from the spout to get the water to come out of the shower. I got in very late and had to leave early, didn't have time to call for service. It would have been nice to have directions on this.

Poor customer service

Hotel was fine, housekeeping, front desk and the general manager, Dorothy Green are awful. No communication at all. You can call, leave all the messages or text all the messages and never get a response. We were there for 22 days and they cleaned once! And we asked multiple times. Had to always ask fro toilet paper, sink was clogged all the time. Sheets were never changed. Washer and dryers were broken.

The staff was friendly. The day we checked in I reported ants in the room. There were ants in the restroom and in the kitchen . The stove was completely covered in ants and nothing wa done but spray big spray while ibid children in the room I would like to request some type of refund for a full or partial fee
