We were in room 228. 1) The pull out sofa bed was in bad shape. The mattress on top of the springs was uncomfortable and thin. The springs were detached at the foot of the sofa bed. 2) There were no batteries in the bedroom TV remote control. 3) there was an open package of deterrent soap in the kitchen and no mini sponge to wash the dishes. 3) The microwave is not user friendly. 4) The vent in the bedroom in the ceiling is rusted and needs to be replaced. 5) The bed in the room was also uncomfortable. It sank in and the mattress needed to be flipped over or replaced. 6) House keeping knocked at our door at 1100am to start cleaning the day of checkout when check out was at noon. I did ask the front desk if we can check out at 1230 which was ok’d by the front desk. House keeper knocked on the door again at 1215p. There was no communication from front desk to the house keeper.
No batteries in TV remote.
Vent in ceiling in bedroom was old and rusted.
Used detergent.
Microwave is not user friendly.

The hotel was great and centrally located, I am not sure why they charged $250 a night for “incidentals” to my credit card I was been told it would take 7 to 10 business days to remove it because there is nothing you can really charge to your room. Other than that, everything was perfect and we would stay there again.

We had a special situation. Group of 5 needed early check in due to two handicapped persons that needed to rest. Called to request early check in, Anton was very accommodating and was able to get us in earlier than anticipated with no extra charge. Easy check in.
