I stayed at the Hyatt House Pleasant Hill this past weekend (3/15 - 3/17) and my car was vandalized. Passenger window smashed and items stolen from my vehicle. I filed a Police Report with the Pleasant Hill Police Department and reported incident to Hyatt Staff. Damage to car = $2,041.45 Items stolen = $900 Hyatt Management unresponsive. I am a Rewards Member and very unhappy. According to front desk staff this happens frequently, but guests are not advised. No security in parking lot. Homeless causing some of the damage. A homeless person was walking around the property and I reported it and the staff just shrugged their shoulders. I do not recommend this hotel.

I wanted to again apologize for any inconvenience caused to you and your family due to the car break in you experienced during your stay at the hotel. I know how difficult this situation is. Please know that guest’s safety is a top concern for us. Again, I am truly sorry for your inconvenience.

The only problem I had was the air conditioner didn’t get cold enough for me. To be honest I never asked them to come fix it because I feared having to change rooms. That was my fault, so don’t hold this against this hotel. It’s in a great location, with walking distance to a number of restaurants and shops. I would definitely stay here again! The room was very nice and breakfasts were fantastic. Highly recommended!

Nice for the price!

Breakfast could have been a bit better, but the facilities, rooms and service were great. Really enjoyed the bar and lounge area for visiting with friends. Restaurants and shopping are located as close as across the street, all within waking distance

Very Comfortable

Check In was a bit busy with many checking in for graduations. But staff was professional. Room was clean and beds were comfortable. Breakfast was good but a bit busy with little bit of a wait for waffles or order to serve waffles. Lots of restaurants and shops around.

Great Hotel!

Went to Bay Area for vacation with 3 kids. This is a wonderful hotel. Stayed in a 2 bedroom suite. Great complimentary breakfast, great pool/hot tub, great service.  For us it was a great location right of the 680 highway. We wanted to stay a little ways outside the city. 40 min drive to San Fran. Great price. Great safe location with multiple restaurants, movie theater, grocery store in downtown Pleasant Hill just right next door to the hotel. Perfect! Would recommend and will stay here again.

Just re-modeled, very clean and modern

We stayed 2 nights in a suite - darling kitchen- fully stocked with plates, cups, glasses, wineglasses for four. Stainless steel appliances, 2 burner stove plus microwave. Bake ware, pots and pans, utensils, extra paper towels, dish soap, etc. Two large flat screen tvs, comfortable bed. Bathroom sinks - all the drawers and cabinets worked. Great coffee at the free breakfast buffet.
