Our check-in was scheduled for 3 pm, but unfortunately, we were not able to check in until after 5:25 pm. This delay was very frustrating, especially after a long day of travel. When I asked about the reason for the check in delay, the front desk attendant ignored my question, which made the experience even more disappointing. I truly hope management takes steps to improve the check-in process and staff communication so that future guests can have a smoother and more welcoming start to their stay.

Great weekend stay

This was a weekend stay for my family's wedding. The room was a very good size to help with the two pack and plays . The bed was very comfortable . The breakfast was excellent . This is a great hotel choice for me and our family. Loved it!
