"The elevators were cool! Ensuring safety with key card access. The customer service was great, texting them was an easy option. Bathrooms could use an update or at least some new caulking in the tubs. But that was a very minor issue. Their Olu line of soaps, shampoos, etc was so nice and smelt great! I even bought some to take home! Best priced hotel for being right on Waikīkī strip and right across the street from the beach! We would stay there again!"
