Housekeeping didn’t come until we asked them to come. Took the do not disturb sign off the door when we left and when we came back 4 hours later it was back on the door but nothing else was done. Food was good but overall everything else was a flop. Evening front desk lady is also not pleasant to talk to. A lot of noise as well after 10pm.

Every part of our stay was great. Room was clean and towels refreshed if we needed them. Pool was clean and warm enough to enjoy a swim. Breakfast was hot and always refilled as necessary Staff were welcoming Some problem guests were addressed and handled properly.

Wonderful wheelchair accessible room complete with raised toilet seat and grab bar support for either left or right side. Bed was really comfortable with super soft sheets. Nice breakfast with a variety of options. We would definitely stay here again.
