I wish I could have had this room for my entire Italy vacation. It was modern, spacious, locality was perfect, Quiet, Best HVAC system of any place I have stayed in all of Europe. Room was hug, with an exceptional bathroom, If needed there is a small kitchenette with microwave, stove top and dishwasher. If I return to Verona I will stay here again.

We were looked after by the lovely Martina, who allowed us to check in early to drop off our bags and very kindly upgraded our room to have a balcony! The rooms and amenities were perfect, we were sad we were only staying overnight! It’s in the perfectly location right in the heart of the Verona, everything we needed was a 5-20 minute walk away depending which side of the river were we’re going to. This is newly renovated property in the heart of old Verona as of late 2025. It was absolutely perfect in every way. Beautifully decorated, high class, amazing location, attentive staff. This property is in the best location. Walking access to everything. The rooms were clean the AC worked and the staff was extremely helpful. Lorenzo and Martina made the stay exeptional. With their help we easily accessed restaurants and bars. The only draw back is it's in a limited driving zone and the hotel has no on site parking so we had to park about a 10-15 minute walk away to the parking citadel which was tough with the amount of luggage we had. With that said, it was worth the hassle. Thank you Homy Livia for such a special experience.

The service was second to none... nothing was too much to ask of them and want to give a special mention to Lorenzo & Martina. They were always on hand to help with anything we needed!
