The apartment has two small gardens, one of which is accessed from the living room, where you can relax sunbathing, admiring the lake view or having a delicious BBQ .; the other on the back is accessed from the kitchen.

Great apartment and location

Lovely views of Lake Maggiore. Beautiful apartment, everything you need for a great stay. Short drive to the ferry terminal to see the islands.Can fit two small cars in the garage.Get's a little hot in summer as there is no air conditioning.

Wir hatten als Familie mit zwei Kindern (16 und 15) einen sehr schönen zweiwöchigen Aufenthalt in der Casa Leon. Für vier Personen mit zwei Bädern und einem Gäste-WC sehr geräumig. Angenehme Architektur. Toller Blick. Aufenthalt mit fünf oder sechs Personen ist sicher auch gut möglich. Ausstattung Küche und Geschirr ist Standard. Hervorzuheben ist der Profi-Gasherd. Die Zufahrt über die Via Venti Settembre ist recht eng und erfordert speziell mit größeren Fahrzeugen entsprechende Vorsicht und Geschick. Hervorzuheben ist die Garage mit direktem Zugang zum Haus. Der Fußweg zum See dauert ca. 20 Minuten, zurück wegen der Steigung auch 30 und mehr. Check-In über Zahlenschloss problemlos. Die Vermietungsagentur ist gut zu erreichen und hilft, wo immer nötig. Ein persönlicher Vor-Ort-Kontakt war nicht erforderlich. Aus unserer Sicht ein gutes Preis-Leistungsverhältnis.

Logement bien localisé et superbe vue

On regrette cependant que la balnéothérapie et le chiffon de la baignoire ne fonctionnaient pas et le problème généralisé de wifi en début de séjour. Pour le reste c’était parfait.
