Disliked: Cleanliness, staff & service, property conditions & facilities, room comfort

Room very uncomfortable

The bed is the worst i have encountered in a long time; pillows and towels appeared to come from homeless shelters; no bed lamps; no TV. The apartment is terrible, and almost marred a wonderful Italian experience.
