The staff at this older but very clean hotel are amazing, every front desk passing is greeted with a smile of warmth and helpfulness. Yes the hotel is very old, however the room was clean and more than I expected.! The garden and warm evening fire are lively. Great location to St Paul’s hospital. Good job.

The Burrard was simply great! The staff were so welcoming from the moment I arrived, which really set a great tone for the trip. My room was spotless and clearly recently renovated. A huge plus was the free non-alcoholic drinks each night - such a unique and thoughtful touch! I’ll definitely be back.
