The room was fine, the location of the hotel is great. The problem...horrendous parking information. We have a Ford Explorer with a Yakima rack...height is about 6'8". It took us 90 min to find a parking spot for our Explorer. It was 1 block away, at a cost 2x what you parking fees were. Suggestions: 1) Clearly state the height restrictions for your hotel parking (6'6"). 2) Do NOT send folks who won't fit to an alternate parking location that has the same 6'6" height restriction! 3) Create a list of nearby parking lots that allow 24 hr parking. Note their height restrictions and the cost.

Quaint down town hotel, great central location, easy walk to Roger’s Arena and surrounding bars and restaurants. Beds are stiff and very firm!

Great boutique hotel downtown

Hotel reminds me of boutique hotels in NYC. It's in the middle of the arts district. I ate breakfast in the cafe. Best caramel latte I've had in a long time. Staff were kind and courteous. Cab ride to cruise port was lest than $10. I would definitely stay here again.

The hotel is absolutely perfectly located for any events on Granville such as the Commodore Ballroom, Orpheum, Vogue theatre, as well as shopping needs. The staff were friendly and positive. The lobby clean, and welcoming. The room was smaller than I expected but clean and reasonable, they had the courtesy to provide 2 blackout curtains in the room. Though small the room had all the amenities: Iron & Ironing Board, safe, coffee maker, coffee with the usual accompaniments, wine glasses, glasses and coffee mug, and a small fridge, 2 double beds, a night stand, a chair, an ottoman, a wall mounted tv, a/c unit, accented with lamps. The sheets has a slippery almost parachute/cotton blend feel, as someone with sensory awareness it took a bit to get use to. Mattress was very firm so set the expectation, and the pillows were feather down. The bathroom was clean, the provided priducts were Citrusy and fresh. The building is located on the corener of 2 busy streets, as I light sleeper I was aware of the traffic as morning rush hour started. Overall I would stay again, as it was good value, great location. I personally would bring my Loops earplugs to sleep longer and maybe see if they have a matress topper to soften it a bit.

Ended up not staying after about twenty minutes in room, could hear everything from the street and from what I’m assuming was the bar under the room. Area around hotel felt very unsafe and dirty. Room smelled and didn’t seem overly clean.

We paid a little extra for a suite and well worth it. Very large spacious room and bathroom. Hotel is a little older but well taken care of. Great location easy to walk everywhere. Try hey have a restaurant, wine bar and sports bar that are all pretty good. Would stay here again
