Everything was fine once the check-in happened. They couldn't find my check in and I waited around the lobby for close to an hour before i finally went to my son's room. We had a game to go to at 4 pm and we received a phone call that my check in was ready but when i went down it still took about 20 minutes. At one point I suggested they just give me my prepaid money back and I would sleep on the couch in my son's room, but that wasn't going to happen!

For a 1-bedroom Queen Suite at approximately $700, the room is small. All suites we've stayed in at other big hotels, are at least 900sf. I am guessing this one was under 450sf. ALSO, called room service at 1030 for breakfast order, CLOSED?! Again, places we've stayed at, 11am at least. Didn't do anything to accommodate as we were 7 mins late, called at 1037am. Staff great/polite, the lounge had great food.

I was really disappointed with my stay at the Hilton. The elevators were incredibly slow – it took over 10 minutes just to get one from the 8th floor. The air conditioning in our room wasn’t working, which made it almost impossible to sleep comfortably. The pull-out bed was very uncomfortable, and there were no extra pillows or blankets provided. When I brought this up to the front desk, the staff member didn’t seem to care at all. Overall, it was not the most enjoyable stay, and I expected much better from a Hilton property!
