The provided breakfast was rolls and jam. The room was clean although we had some ants and tiny lizard. WiFi was good, the shared kitchen was great although a little beat up, common areas ample. A great place in a great location, good for a long stay. Loved Valladolid!

This place is delightful. It’s in an excellent location, very close to Calzada de Los Frailes and an easy walk to the bus station. The rooms are huge and the bed was so comfortable. Hot water is reliable, though not always needed. Yes, the breakfast is small but so many other things make up for it, and there are plenty of cafes nearby. You can refill your water bottle in the kitchen. Staff are very helpful and friendly! Light does come through the curtains in the bedrooms, an eye mask is a good idea.

Good location - good be a touch confusing for some - but near nice restaurants, etc. Our room had a comfortable bed, the bathroom was serviceable. Communication could be better. They offer a breakfast and we were not told to pick up and wash our own dishes, but found out later when we got a talking to... They have a frig to keep food in and cooking and grilling facilities for guests to use. Also, upon arrival we were notified that we would have to pay cash - sorry for the inconvenience. But, overall, a good price for the room.
