This hotel was absolutely excellent. We loved our stay. The hotel itself was gorgeous and so clean. The amenities are well maintained. We used the hot tub every night and the gym is well equipped. The shuttle to the popular areas of town was always speedy and the drivers friendly. The staff at the hotel were very friendly and professional. We also loved how they treated our pup. We strongly recommend!

The hotel was beautiful. They have the best staff and made us feel welcome. The pool was beautiful with the fireplace and the snow. We used the workout facilities and they were top notch. The hotel felt cozy and we loved the warm cookies and hot chocolate in the evening. The mixed drinks we ordered at the bar were delicious and Makoto, the Japanese restaurant served me the best steak I have had in a long time. We can't wait to return.

The restaurants have no good food and extremely expensive. The breakfast was.$40 per person for breakfast that you get for free at a holiday inn. Fake eggs and food was all cold. 6 people: 3 adults 3 kids $294.00 for one breakfast. Its the worst food ever. Also you get an extra charge for "Resort Fee" and valet parking is $85 per day.

Very friendly and welcoming staff, Room was spot on. Shower pressure was great, plenty of hot water. Bell team and concierge were great and accommodating. All F&B outlets were great and food quality was on point. I do recommend more staff to assist at the market as there were noticeable delays in the AM. POV -,your staff does need to let guest know that gratuity is included. Being a GM myself in South Beach at a luxury property it’s part of our SOP that the service charge has already been added for convenience and that the staff make the guest aware. Therefore any additional tip is at the guests discretion . The team has the habit of placing the 3rd receipt in the back so unless you comb through the charges most unsuspected guests will leave an additional tip not realizing the tip was already added. I get why they do it but it can leave a bad taste in a guests experience should they realize this during their itemizing of their bill. Your a convention hotel and therefore overtipping is not something companies will reimburse. Overall a great stay and thankful for your hospitality. We will be back and will highly recommend your property.
