This condo was amazing. So clean and right on the beach. Our family loved it. My son really enjoyed being able to watch all the cargo ships come in and out and I loved being able to sit and listen to the ocean anytime I wanted. The complex is great for families. Lots of other children for my son to play with on the beach and in the pool. Highly recommend!

Great view and nice layout.

The check-in process was painless. The condo had a nice layout, and was clean when we checked in. There was an issue with a couple of lights. Management responded quickly and maintenance came out the next day. He was helpful and friendly. The condo is in a central location and access to the beach was easy. We had a great time!

Dirty condo, charged unhighlighted fee’s

The condo itself is fine. The property management is awful. Confusing directions to get to the place. When we finally found it we went to the office, but that is a different property manager. Called the number on checkin instructions, got voice mail 3x and never got a call back - about checking in anyway, read on. Food in cushions, used underwear in corner of bedroom. Advertises “Pet Friendly” which is why we reserved here. We were slapped with a 134 fee for our low maintenance small dog with a rude phone call from property manager about the extra 134. They can call about fee’s but not to help us. The fee is in the print at the very bottom of advertisement. It isn’t until the day before checkin when the reservation is non-refundable that they put it at the top with yellow highlighter. Bedroom is directly next to exterior hallway, very loud at night is only complaint about condo itself, OK otherwise.We left after 18 hours. 1500 down the drain. They didn’t care.

Perfect getaway

Great week away. This condo is the perfect location. Easy walk on the beach to restaurants and shopping, quiet when you’re home. The view is great and the condo is stocked with everything you need. We have stayed in this condo complex before and would definitely look for this unit again when we are back next year

Beautiful Condo

Loved our stay. Everything was beautiful, clean and in working order. I will say the bed needs replacing, very lumpy and uncomfortable. The view was great!

This was our 1st time in Tybee and we loved it. The condo was great! The location was great! It was so convenient to have umbrellas and chairs available to rent! This will not be our last visit.

Summer Getaway

We had a great stay at Ocean Song 324 in Beachside colony. The condo was clean and cozy and the view of the ocean was incredible! Having a restaurant on site was an added bonus. The pool area and grounds to the resort are lovely. My only complaint was checking in. The directions from property management said that we had to take stairs to get to the room. I have stayed at Beachside Colony and knew that there was an elevator. When I went to the resort’s front office to inquire about the elevator, the woman working the front desk was outrageously rude to me. She stated that the property management company that I went through was rude for not letting me know that there was an elevator on site that I could use instead of taking the stairs. She then proceeded to berate me for not booking directly through Beachside Colony Resort stating that I would not be having these problems if I had booked directly through Beachside Colony. Her behavior was very off putting and VRBO and Southern Belle should be aware of how their clients are treated by the office staff at Beachside Colony Resort and the disrespect that is shown towards their companies.

Retired couple and furbaby enjoyed

Condo was really nice and great for small furbaby and retired couple. Parking in right building's garage was confusing, but rest of check in was fine. Little noisy from swimming pool and 2 mornings at 8:00 am they emptied 4-5 dumpsters for restaurant. This echoed through parking garage. Otherwise we really enjoyed ourselves.
