"Room on first floor by exit door, staff and guest were in and out all night with doors slamming next to our room. They go out to smoke and one door propped open so hall smelled of cigarettes"

There were items left in the refrigerator from the people that stayed in the room prior to us that weren't cleared out (old food) ..."
