Charged a $50 fee for an 8lb house trained dog. No where on the website was a pet charge mentioned! I even went on your chat to verify my dog could be there, they didn’t mention a pet fee. Given a room with filthy stains on the ruG! I took pictures and told front desk. No towels in room. Ice 3 floors away. Property under construction so I did accept this, but the final bill was ridiculous. Hard to recommend this place! So angry!

This plave is a wreck. Nothing good about it. 2 alarms at midnight and had to take legally blind wife down 6 flights of stairs and 2 outside where it was raining. 2 kind men got her a wheel chair and rolled her back to 5th floor. It was a false alarm. Have no kind words for this place.

It was an excellent stay except for the noise level. The room was adjacent to the interstate and the truck noise was steady all night.
