Good stay and location, could use some maintenance

Great location and comfortable stay. Iron was grungy and ironing board falling apart. Door on wardrobe and safety lock on room door were both falling off. Minor issues, would stay again. Loved the online check-in process so it was ready to just grab the key upon arrival.

A hotel that is declining in every respect

Third…and final…stay at this hotel. Condition of room & furniture are in decline. Our room was not clean…the floors were “sticky.” The room had not been serviced when we returned at 8pm. Desk Manager Rafi told me it was my fault because I didn’t tell them I wanted the room cleaned. (Of course, it had been cleaned the day before…and I had not asked the front desk to have the room cleaned.) Breakfast is below average quality. Choices are limited.
