The check in lady was extremely rude. We had to literally park under an underpass with no lighting. Shady people everywhere.

I checked in a little late, and the night receptionist took her sweet time to appear. I waited almost 30 minutes for her to show up to the front desk. And on top of that, an attitude. Not what I'm looking for after driving 11 hours. Aside from that, everything else was spot on, as one would expect from Best Western

Just be aware they are going through the remodeling of the lobby. The rooms are actually clean and mostly quiet for being surrounded by highways. There is a large mall with restaurants all around it within walking distance if the weather permits. Overall for the price, location and quality, it is a good property.

Worst place (not a hotel) ever I think this place was a prison or a where house. I feel a car will run into me from the highway
