Everything was decent about the Best Western Hotel except the main thing, the beds are HORRIBLE. I got about 2hrs of tosssing and turning sleep. I would have slept better sleepibg in my car and saving the $125.00 I spent for the room. The one bed has a permanent sinkhole in the middle and you feel like youre being sucked it. This day is going to suck for me because I just worked an 18hr day last night and today I have to work a 15hr day all on 2 hours of sleep. I'm writing this as I lay in these miserable beds dreading my upcoming work day. I sure hope the coffee at the breakfast buffet is super strong... Will NOT be staying here again.

Warm and cozy hotel that’s close to DC

Cozy little hotel close to DC. 6 minutes to the metro station, 23 minute train ride to DC. Warm and really clean. Over priced but I’m sure it was because of the inauguration. $250 a night for a $125 a night hotel but it was the cheapest around. Super friendly staff that kept everything salted during the snow, ice and freezing temps. Will stay there again.

VERY pleasantly surprised - LOVED IT!

Very good breakfast!! (Better than other hotels I have stayed at!) The shower was extremely hot with fantastic water pressure! The house keeper cleaned while we were gone for the day, which we weren’t expecting! So nice to come back to a clean hotel room dyer a long day of work!! I chose this hotel cause it was the cheapest “nice” hotel in the area, and I was VERY pleasantly surprised!!!! It was a wonderful!!!

In my first room, 322, the TV and telephone did not work. I called the front desk from my cell phone to report. The person that came to assist had a terrible attitude and went downstairs to prepare a room change. My 2nd room 426, the door could not lock and the person in the next room had the TV on LOUD the Entire Night. I informed the desk and they asked if i wanted to move AGAIN. I told them i dont want to keep moving. I rather just have them address the issue for my last night.

One of the headboardshad grease and skin from the last person that stayed there, the bathroom had hair in the tub. The lights in the television were unplugged so we couldn’t see what we were doing till we turned on the flashlight on our phones. Television didn’t work so the guy had to come up and fix it. And it was just so dirty.
