The staff was the best as usual the hotel is very clean…the only feedback I have and doesn’t have to do with the house cleaning a building leadership…but you all need to get new living room furniture. We have been coming there several times a year since when Covid lockdown was released. No harm but this is an amazing hotel and very clean but the furniture is ran down or they need deep cleaning/repair corner tears.

I love this hotel, however over time, seems to need some improvements. Although the hotel is clean, elevators could use some freshness. This last stayed we experienced some issues with the heat, cold air kept blowing through the vents, when explained to front desk, someone came to check, but was told it was regulated by maintenance. They were able to regulate the heat behind the scenes, however made it warmer than anticipated. Lastly I would say that the breakfast should be improved as well. It’s pretty basic and not really all that tasty. For a hotel of that calibra, it seems the offerings would be much better.
