Wonderful hotel. Comfortable, clean, smells amazing, wonderful people working at the front desk, at the parking garage, and in the breakfast area. Our room looked out on construction and they were working early, but it was really quiet and had we not had the curtains open, we would have never known.

The Watermark is fantastic. Clean, Beautiful, Modern, Comfortable. The staff are amazing. The Wren is delicious and the rooftop from the lobby is a great place to hang out. Proximity to the metro is a plus and tye Wegmans on the ground floor is a cherry on top. I have reccomended this hotel and I will stay here often.

Awesome hotel in the D.C. area
This was a great stay for our trip. The staff was friendly and welcoming, and the room was top-notch. It’s located outside the hustle and bustle of the city but just a short walk from the metro rail station. We were able to leave our car in the parking deck for the entire trip and use public transit exclusively. High recommend this hotel.
