I really wanna give you guys 2 starts but I’ll do 3. First for the amount of money for this room a night and they not have a comfy couch or TVs that are up to date is crazy. Water pressure in the shower was weak could have been stronger. Rooms just need to be updated because the experience is tainted by the lack of updated things in the room. You can’t cast every app to there TVs and you have to go through too much just to cast it witch is wake because nobody uses google to cast programs to a tv or to watch tv over all they need to update the rooms and there gadgets for the price that they ask for. Also the breakfast is trash pancakes are hard, sausage has no color to it grits were watery and over the breakfast just doesn’t hold to the presentation in which they try to show with the hotel and the restaurant that’s in it. I will think twice before I go back again because the experience I thought I would have is not what I thought it would live up too. Also the towels and wash clothes are hard as hell. So if you visit I would bring my own because the ones they have are hard and no where near soft. Luckily my wife didn’t care because it was VDay weekend but I was very disappointed.

I rarely leave negative reviews, but this experience truly deserves one. The issue was not about the policy — it was about the attitude. I politely asked whether a 10-minute late check-out would be possible. Instead of receiving a professional or courteous response, I was met with a cold, dismissive tone and a rigid “You must leave by 12. If you want more time, book another full night.” There was no attempt to assist, no explanation delivered with basic courtesy, and no effort to make a guest feel respected. Hospitality is not just about enforcing rules — it’s about how you communicate them. I travel frequently and stay in many hotels, and I have never experienced such unnecessary hostility over a simple question. Even a polite “Unfortunately we’re fully booked and unable to extend checkout today” would have been completely understandable. Instead, the interaction felt transactional and unfriendly — which is disappointing for any hotel that claims to value guest experience. Management should seriously reconsider how front desk staff are trained in customer service. Very disappointing experience.
