The hotel was in a great location. It was clean and quiet as well. I was a little disappointed that the pictures of the suite we booked showed there was an eating area and a small kitchen in the suite, but the suite we were given did not have either. Other than the misleading suite pictures, it was a nice overnight stay.

The location is great as are the size of the rooms and the room decor. In three years the one elevator’s light for the #1 button still doesn’t work and the veneer is still peeling and hasn’t been fixed. Miss the cookies and the frequent user checkin bag.

Not clean. Toilet was the size of one in a preschool. Room door did not latch properly. Understood that HVAC was only set for heat however the temperature could not be regulated. Uncomfortably warm. First stay. Last stay. Allyn Heck

All toilets are standard height with the exception of accessible rooms that may be a bit taller. We apologize for any discomfort that and the temperature irregularities caused you to have and left you with a less than favorable experience.
