Private parking space for 1 car.
In the SAME BUILDING WE RENT ANOTHER 2-bedroom APARTMENT and a studio apartment, if you wish to come with friends or big family, please enquire for more information.
Ideally located to reach all highlights on Lake Como: the boat stop and bus stop are just a few minutes’ walk from the apartment and enable you to visit all attractions in this beautiful area. Relax on the private terrace or stroll down to the center with its cafes along the lake including the best Gelato in lake Como, its restaurants and small shops, grocery and supermarket, everything reachable on foot. Even the beautiful man made sandy beach in Lido di Lenno is just 5 minutes ‘walk from the apartment, there you can spend unforgettable days with your children or go for dinner in a unique atmosphere. The public free beach it’s also only 2 minutes away from the apartment and offers a relaxing garden where you can lay in the sun or reach the water for a swim, bar/cafè is right in the same place. Bank and post office at walking distance. Market day every Tuesday, one step from the apartment, to enjoy a typical atmosphere. Right here in Lenno you will have the possibility to visit Villa Balbianello and its wonderful garden, Villa Carlotta is reachable in 5 minutes ‘drive, Bellagio and Varenna are also very close and you will enjoy a pleasant boat trip to reach them, Menaggio is just 10 minutes by Car from here, Como about 30 minutes and you can reach them by boat, fast-boat or bus. The scenery walk called “Green Way del Lago” crosses Lenno and you can start from here this leisurely and pleasant hike through ancient villages, churches, villas and gardens, by breathtaking views.

Terrifc location--traveling in Italy for 2-1/2 months without a car--a 5 minute walk to the lake...which is gorgeous...10 minutes to the grocery store, 15 to the laundromat (we stayed 4 weeks) and wonderful walking through the neighborhoods and nearby villages. Ambra is a knowledgeable and attentive hostess; she & Claudio live below keeping their yard and patio neat as a pin. Our unit was immaculate and well stocked...even with a dish towel! We enjoyed the balcony and view so much.

This was a beautiful place to stay in a lovely, quiet part of Lake Como. We were in walking distance to cafes, the promenade and the boat taxi. Ambra was a great and helpful host. The apartment was in excellent condition, just as pictured. We would stay there again and highly recommend it to others.

Brilliant week - fantastic apartment

We had a wonderful time staying in this apartment. Its much larger than it appears on the photographs and is beautifully decorated and obviously loved. It is very well appointed and immaculately clean. We spent many a happy hour sipping drinks on the balcony with views of the lakes and mountains The location was perfect, with a few really nice restaurants a 5 minute walk away, some on the edge of the lake. The ferry terminal is only a short walk from the apartment (max 10 mins) and the terminal is very well served by boats to all the major lake locations/ attractions and with Lenno being half way up the lake its a really great location that makes eveything within reach. Ambra (the host) is wonderful - avaliable for advice when needed but never obtrusive. We loved chatting about the best places around the lake or to eat and she really helped make our short trip into Milan, when the weather was poor, easy with some great advice on where to park to jump the short train in. We loved Lake Como and we will be back. We would stay here in heartbeat - my worry is that its just never avaiable as it's so good!

Amazing Lenno vacation!

Ambra is just the most incredible host, and the apartment was absolutely beautiful. We have stayed at many VRBO’s and this was by far the absolute best! Lovely apartment!

We could not have been more pleased with Ambra’s apartment! It was so comfortable and very conveniently located. We didn’t have a car and could walk everywhere! We enjoyed our 5 night stay, exploring Lenno and the mid lake towns. We especially loved the pastry shop for morning coffee and the Gelato shop is the absolute best! Ambra is an absolute wonderful host, it was a pleasure meeting her. She was so helpful and we highly recommend this apartment. Look forward to returning one day!!

Lovely Lenno Apartment

Ambra is a wonderful host and her apartment is beautiful- especially the bathroom, it’s been designed impeccably with lots of storage! The apartment Is close to the main square, restaurants, c10 bus route, pharmacy and more! If it helps others, we used the Rome to Rio app a lot to navigate our way about with buses and boats and it was very accurate. We’d definitely recommend Ambra’s apartment, the only thing I would have loved would have been a portable air con unit or additional fan for bedrooms as there was only one in the whole apartment and with the heat wave it was hard to sleep. We gave the fan to the kids who slept very well!

My husband, my grown daughter and I had the distinct privilege of being guests in Ambra’s home. She was a gracious accommodating hostess. The property was lovely. It was comfortable, clean, and tastefully decorated. We particularly enjoyed a glass of wine in the evenings on the balcony with a view of the mountains overlooking the lake. Her property is centrally located with easy ferry access to the larger towns such as Bellagio, Varenna and Menaggio which were teaming with people. Ambra’s location in Lenno was a peaceful respite at the end of the day tucked away from the crowds. Lenno is a small quaint town with a handful of good restaurants whereby everything is accessible on foot. We did not rent a car and had no problem getting around town or elsewhere. Rest assured Ambra will assist you in reaching your destinations. A helpful hint, if you are not renting a car and arriving in Como by train, I would recommend you arrange for a taxi to meet you at the train station and drive you to Lenno. While you can take the bus to Lenno we discovered that it only runs every 2 hours on Sundays and they were very full.

We had a wonderful stay here! Great location, beautiful views, cozy yet modern flat. The cherry on top of our stay was Ambra! We couldn't have chosen any better. Beautiful, spacious, spotlessly clean property just a five minute walk away from the shores of magical Lake Como. Within the village are a handful of good restaurants and attractions while regular ferries give you access to all the lake has to offer, including gems such as Bellagio and Varenna. And we've never found an owner as lovely, helpful and attentive as Ambra. She is a mine of information and whenever she sees you she asks if everything is OK and if there is anything you need. What a treasure and one of the reasons we had such a magical, family holiday. Thank you.

Beautiful apartment with outstanding owner.

We were extremely happy with this apartment in Lenno, Italy. It was spacious, modern, clean with a beautiful balcony for afternoon relaxing! The on-site owner, Ambra, could not have been more helpful. A truly wonderful person who greeted us upon arrival and ensured our visit met all our expectations. The location is ideal as a base for exploring Lake Como. We parked our car in the designated spot in front of the apartment and didn't move it until we left as we could walk, bus or ferry to wherever we wanted to go. The bus, ferry, grocery store, laundry mat are all only a short walk from the apartment. The apartment is perfect for a couple (like us) or for a family of four. For my fellow English speakers, Ambra's English was excellent. This really was one of the best experiences we have had with VRBO.

Great stay in lovely apartment on lake Como.

Ambra's apartment is very clean,modern and functional. With Lenno being very central on the lake it was a good place to explore from. When you buy the mid section day pass (15 euros per adult) for the lake ferries you get the chance to visit 3 or 4 beautiful old lakeside towns and makes a very good day.We also visited the Fox center in Switzerland where you can shop and swim and relax on their section of lake.Best to drive to Como, park at the station and get the train 3 stops.(train about 7 euros per adult return. We also spent a day in Como which was very nice but did seem very busy.If you want to visit Milan takes Ambras advice on where to park and get the underground into the city. Thanks Ambra.

Fantastic Apartment and Location

We stayed or 4 nights. The apartment is really nicely decorated, modern and clean. Perfect for two adults and two children. I really couldn't fault it. The apartment is literally a stone's throw from Lenno Square, Harbour (with bars and restaurants) and promenade, boat taxi terminal (2 -5 min walk) and also Il Cris Pizzeria and two supermarkets (2 -5 mins walk). We liked Lenno a lot. Having visited Bellagio and Villa Carlotta , which were very busy, its a great base to explore the area by water taxi. Ambra was very friendly and helpful.

This is a brilliant apartment. Great location, beautifully decorated and equipped, with amazing views from the balcony(ies). Ambra was a warm and welcoming host who made us feel at home straight away. The apartment is even better than it looks in the pictures. Brilliant area to stay with the boat across the lake just a ten minute stroll away. There is a well equipped supermarket a short walk away. Wir waren sehr zufrieden und hatten einen wunderbaren Urlaub. Die Wohnung ist hell und sauber, sie entspricht genau den angezeigten Bildern.
