très bien pas de mauvaise suprise

Appartement bien entretenu , propre à notre arrivée . Tout le confort y est comme prévu , la terrasse est grande et agréable avec vue sur mer , nous y avons passé le plus clair de notre temps . L'immeuble est bien entretenu et calme et la place au garage permet de ne pas se soucier du stationnement . A proximité petit supermarché pas cher et bien achalandé , nous y avons acheté souvent du poisson bien moins cher qu'en France . La propriétaire est très sympathique et à l'écoute . Bref un bon séjour avec beau temps garanti .Nous la recommanderions à des proches .

Rien à redire

Conforme à l'annonce + cuisine très bien équipée ce n'est pas toujours le cas dans les locations. très propre et bien entretenu. Madame Serrano Roux est très agréable et disponible, elle s'occupe bien de ses locataires. A cette époque nous avons trouvé un logement calme et très sympa. Parfait. Nous recommandons cet appartement avec garage assuré.
