The room smells bad as well as the sheets and pillows. Also the tub still has dirty waters and stains on it. Checkout was supposed to be 12 but at 10am, the cleaner was already knocking at the door.

This stay was for a last overnight stay. Check in and checkout were both extremely quick and easy. The hotel room was clean and comfortable. A good value. I arrived late at night so many amenities were closed but there appeared to be a lot available.

To start I believe the staff requires a little more training, I had brown water coming out the shower tap, I tried to make coffee but because the water was disgusting I got sick, the change room bathroom doors do not close or lock The incidental cost was too high ($350), there was no breakfast included. Nothing was upgraded, seriously I have been to better hotels for less money. I also had to pay for my parking. The cleaning staff was a little slow. Only 1 staff member was good and that was the when I checked in. This hotel is not a hotel I would recommend at all.

Staff was friendly and helpful at check in. The room had seen better days though. Carpet was wet outside the bathroom door. Bathroom door and walls had damage that had been poorly repaired. Coffee machine was dirty, like someone had poured coffee or tea leaves into the water compartment. AC was very noisy, then the cover for it fell off. Lock on patio door was not good. Main lock on door to the room did not work. Glad we were there only one night.

The breakfast isn’t free. The prices are really high The hotel spells like pot. The room wasn’t very clean The bathroom shower wasn’t very clean. Definitely never going back. The toilet handle was broken. Pillows were ripped The pool wasn’t working.

You can smell smoke everywhere. The room I was assigned smelled so bad,.I had to change it. I had no issues with that. The second room was better, but the balcony door won't lock, it was a bit noisy. Then my cable was stolen, its not a big deal, just not convenient, because I needed to charge 2 pieces overnight.
