Westin property was fine, rooms as expected. What was shocking was hostility from staff and management towards Americans. Manager decided to pull all us wine and spirits from their shelves, in protest of Trump policies. Safe was somewhat hostile and not very helpful in restaurant area and check-in. Very unexpected for a us based hotel chain.

The reason I booked here was because I think Westin has the best beds and with a bad back, that's always important to me. As usual, the bed was fantastic and luxurious. The rest of my stay left little to be desired. The area of the airport is not the best. The fee for parking is outrageous. But the worst part of my stay was the noise. The walls are paper thin and I was up all night listening to people's conversations, TV shows and kids crying. Also, anytime a guest would enter/leave their room the doors slam so hard any adjacent rooms actually shake. I'm disappointed to write this review, because normally I love Westin - but I would not likely stay here again.

Very nice hotel. Very close to the airport. Convenient when your flight has been cancelled. Many flight crew members stay here. We were without vehicle and there is quite a long wait for airport shuttle service here. We ended up taking public transit which has a booth located at the front of the hotel.

Hotel, good...Parking ripoff

I think if you're stay is for 1 day (24hrs or less), you should be paying for parking for 1 day. Making it reset at midnight is ridiculous and a money grab. NOT impressed!
