The room was clean, and the bed was comfortable, but the building is aging. Also, we were placed in a room near the elevator, which we don’t love because of the inevitable elevator noise.

A wedding took place the day/evening of our arrival. We were placed on the 9th floor which seemed to be the same floor as many of the wedding attendees. At 11 pm we entered our room and noticed several folks in the hallway. Clearly wedding attendees mulling in the hallway talking and laughing. After another hour my wife went into the hallway and asked them to exit the hallway and go to their rooms. Another hour past and I called the front desk to have them send security up to shut the hallway party down. The party did NOT shutdown until after 3:30 AM. Needless to say we got ZERO sleep before we needed to depart at 6 AM. Two things, #1, take action when someone reports a noise disturbance, #2 DON'T book people on any floors near a wedding party!!!

32 dollars for parking?????!! nowhere at all was this mentioned until i arrived and checked with the front desk. and on top of that it was $18 just to LEAVE the parking lot. the rooms are nice but this high and mighty hotel is seriously overcharging for parking. p.s hotels are creepy, lighting makes it feel uninviting

The staff were friendly, helpful and went out of their way to make us feel welcome. Our flight had been cancelled twice and we had been suffering before arriving at the hotel. They truly made us feel better.
