I booked and paid for a Hot tub room, and it was not available. The outside had old hot tubs and debris from the renovations all around the outside of the building. I was racially profiled by the lady who did my check out. I usually always stay at this location when I'm there because I work for Prometric when I'm there as a travel nurse, but I will seek other options if this is how this particular establishment is managed.

The room we booked wasn’t available. The staff blamed me by said I booked the wrong room. I booked a king suite with jetted tub. I’ve booked it 3 times now. The jetted tubs were in the parking lot and instead of just saying it was the remodel they blamed it on me. Yea I probably won’t be back

This hotel is currently under renovation, which isn’t a huge deal if it was disclosed and the rates reduced. Our room was thrown together and should not have been booked yet because it was not ready for guests. The issues - Heat was off, the room was 50 degrees when we entered. Very large room with almost no furniture. One chair and ottoman in the large space that we expect will have a sofa bed and coffee table. The layout put the king sized bed ridiculously close to end of room, too close to the heater under the window, less than 2 feet. Dust/plaster bits from renovation were still in the heater so when we turned it on we got a blast of dust. In the washroom there was the same dust and debris in the toilet paper holder. No roll holder in the toilet paper holder, just set on the dust. The fan in the bathroom didn’t work. No light in the shower. Footprints on the tiled floor. Room carpet needed another vacuuming from installation. No hot water, Lukewarm at best, so couldn’t use the shower. TV did not work. On the bright side we were exhausted and the bed was clean and comfortable.

Hotel was having construction (did not know prior to booking) volume on the TV was so low on high that you could not hear it. Front desk did come to the room to try and fix. He could not. Hot tub was dirty. The bathroom sink stopper was broken and when taken out for the water to drain , the plug was black with mold. Views from our room included scattered trash spewed all around. Breakfast was a hard pass with sausage links looking very undercooked. However the bed was very comfortable!

When i booked the room there was no mention of construction taking place at the time. Check in time was at 3: 00 pm . I showed up at 2:30 to see if the room was available a little earlier but was told that it wasn’t ready for another 30 minutes which was fine since I was early anyways. After 30 minutes went by I went back to check in and was told it would be 5 more minutes because they were checking over the room one last time. 30 minutes go by and the room still wasn’t ready so i inquired about it and was told that they were going over the room one last time ,at this time I told the guy at the front desk that i was told 5 minutes over half an hour ago and that i had my room reserved well in advance and that my room should have been ready for the time that i paid for. I asked for a discount on the room and then the guy at the front desk started acting like he didn’t understand English and his grammar changed. He gave me 2 bottles of water for my wife and I to compensate us . He finally said the room was ready and when we got to the room only one of the keys worked so i went back down to the front desk and he said he would bring another key back up to us ( his English skills suddenly improved this time around and he understood everything that was being said this time around as long as it wasn’t about a discount) i went back to the room and my wife said that the room was dirty with hair in the shower and the microwave had food splattered everywhere.
